Come and stay in our wonderful self catering cottages situated in the North Suffolk countryside but within close proximity of the seaside and the Broads.

Wheelchair users and people who have difficulty in managing stairs are also catered for as Woodfarm Dairy has only 1 small step and Woodfarm Stables has a ramp for easy entry, switches at wheelchair height and a wet room.

All our properties are non smoking.

The cottages which sleep between 2 and 8 people are situated just off the A145, 4 miles south of Beccles. Within 10 miles of Southwold, Dunwich and Lowestoft.  They are surrounded by arable fields, ponds and woodland.  Your only neighbours will be partridge, hares and owls and if you are very lucky you may see the white fallow deer or the pair of red kites.   An ideal location for a quiet break. 
Dogs are very welcome to stay at no extra cost but a refundable deposit may be requested if bringing 2 or more dogs.   As the accommodation is nearby to footpaths we find many of our visitors like to bring their pets with them as each property has a secure garden.  As you can see ours like the beach at Dunwich
