Suffolk Holiday Cottages are situated 4 miles south of Beccles (the southern gateway to the Broads) just off the A145.

Southwold is 8 miles away with its famous beach huts and adnams brewery, along with antique, craft shops, galleries, tea rooms and restaurants. You can also go down to the harbour for fish and chips and take the rowing boat ferry over to Walberswick, dogs travel free !!

If you enjoy shopping visit the market towns of Halesworth, Bungay and Beccles for a wide variety of local shops.

WHERE TO FIND US

Visit Lowestoft with its wonderful sandy beaches and if you have children their are lots of activities to keep them occupied. Just North of Lowestoft is Oulton Broad where boats can be hired or day trips booked. .

If you are interested in bird watching then as well as the local scenery which include barn owls, little owls, red kites and woodpeckers RSPB Minsmere is a 15 minute drive away. Where you will find Dartford Warblers, Marsh Harriers and Bitterns.

There are many local pubs and restaurants in the area serving good food and beer and some even allow dogs, a list of which is on the notice board in your accommodation.  Other activities - Horse riding, fishing, tennis and golf can all be found within a 10 mile radius.
